Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan's creative instincts, business acumen and technical savvy have delivered success for Content.ad's varied client list. With a strong background in operations and online marketing, he enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of the business.  Before joining Content.ad in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President for Tag-It Pacific and founded NextTrim.com, an online trend service for the apparel industry. Jonathan holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Southern California.

Michael Rosenberg

As Chief Revenue Officer, Michael is responsible for Advertiser Sales, Publisher Development, Business Development and Marketing for Content.ad.  He was the COO and CRO of Future Ads LLC, a highly profitable online advertising firm that grew from $5 million a year to $120 million. Prior to that, Michael was the CMO of LeadPoint.com, SVP of Media and Marketing Services at Autobytel.com, and Vice President, Business Development at AOL. Michael has also worked in Consumer Marketing and Strategy, including positions at Procter & Gamble, The H.J. Heinz Company and Bain & Company. He has a Business Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Allan brings more than 22 years of financial experience to Content.ad. His diverse career began working for such names as KPMG Peat Marwick, Sega Japan Gaming Division, and Sega Gaming Technologies. As Chief Financial Officer for New Motion, one of the first U.S. mobile ringtone companies, Allan helped launch the company and guide it to an approximate $40 million annual revenue and eventual NASDAQ listing. Allan’s responsibilities at Content.ad include all internal and external financial reporting, company budgeting and forecasting, as well as HR and strategic planning.
